Crab Rangoon - Crab Won Tons

  1. Mix cream cheese and crab.
  2. Place 1 tsp (5 ml).
  3. of mixture in middle of Won Ton skin and fold like an envelope.
  4. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
  6. Combine all ingredients.
  7. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  8. Simmer 5 minutes.
