Spiced pork loin
- 12 oz pork loin chops
- 8 tbsp spice rub and coating see attached recipe
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 stick butter
- Heat pan add butter.
- Generously coat both sides of each chop, with rub.
- Add to melted butter sear each side 5 minute turning three times after second turn add water cover let sit 3 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
