Roast Potatoes

  1. Scrub and wash potatoes.
  2. Cut into quarters without peeling them.
  3. Clean, wash and chop corriander leaves.
  4. Now, neatly place the potato quarters on a 12 inch square piece aluminium foil.
  5. Sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns, corriander leaves and lemon juice.
  6. Wrap the foil properly around the potatoes.
  7. Double wrap, if necessary.
  8. Put it on live charcoals in a barbecue.
  9. Also put some live charcoals on top of the packet.
  10. Cook for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with roasted corn.
  12. Enjoy!
