Ham Club Sandwich Sliders

  1. Halve and toast the buns in a toaster, or under a broiler.
  2. Spread a little mayonnaise and barbecue sauce on the top and bottom of each bun.
  3. Layer with lettuce, bacon or ham and turkey.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun.
  5. Pack upright in a mini air-tight container.
  6. Send off to school.
