Hot Crab-Artichoke Spread
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained
- 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cook peppers and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until pepper are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through.
