Shrimp Noodle Bowl
- 220 g whole wheat spaghettini pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
- 1 small carrot, cut into matchlike sticks Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed, diagonally sliced
- 2 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, stir-fry ginger and garlic in dressing in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until garlic is fragrant.
- Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add carrots and peppers; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in broth and soy sauce; cook 1 min.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
