Shrimp Noodle Bowl

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, stir-fry ginger and garlic in dressing in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
  3. or until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min.
  5. Add carrots and peppers; stir-fry 2 min.
  6. Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2 min.
  7. or until shrimp turn pink.
  8. Stir in broth and soy sauce; cook 1 min.
  9. Drain pasta.
  10. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
