Whole Wheat Tortillas

  1. Stir together the first 6 ingredients.
  2. On a floured board knead until smooth.
  3. Divide dough into 12 equal balls.
  4. Dust lightly with cornstarch.
  5. Roll into a circle as thin as possible on a lightly-floured board (Do not roll to edge).
  6. Drop onto a very hot ungreased griddle.
  7. Cook until brown spots appear on one side.
  8. Turn and cook on second side.
  9. Repeat with other balls.
