Chocolate Mousse With Equal Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, combine gelatin and lowfat milk.
  2. Let stand 1 minute, then add in chocolate chips, cornstarch and egg yolk.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a full boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cook 1 minute longer.
  5. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Set saucepan in a larger bowl of ice cubes.
  7. Add in Equal and vanilla.
  8. Beat with mixer at high speed 5 to 6 min.
  9. In another bowl with clean beaters, beat egg whites with salt till stiff peaks form.
  10. Fold into chocolate mix.
  11. Spoon into 6 serving glasses.
  12. Refrigerate2 hrs, then serve.
