Cheesey hammy hashbrown casserole!
- 1 can (small) cream of chicken
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup (campbell's)
- 2 lb bag of frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 16 oz sour cream
- 16 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz chopped, diced ham
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 salt (to taste)
- 1 pepper (to taste)
- can cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray 9x13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
- (Makes cleanup easier)
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into pan and pop in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- Let cool about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve and let the yummyness happen lol
