Vegetable-Rice Mix
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 10 ounces frozen green peas, thawed
- 10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup instant rice
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (for no salt) or 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (for no salt)
- Place all vegetables in large, sprayed crockpot.
- In saucepan, combine soup, rice, cheese, milk, butter, seasoned salt and 1 c water.
- Heat just enough enough to mix and pour over vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
- Stir before serving.
