Kimberly Dawn's Lentils

  1. saute onion celery and garlic.
  2. Rinse lentils several times.
  3. Boil lentils in chicken broth and water.
  4. Add 2 T. Better than Bullion and 2 T tomato paste.
  5. Add sauted vegetables and carrots, salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer 1 hour.
  7. Enjoy!
