Marshmallow Mousse Recipe
- 1 strawberry Jello
- 1/4 pt. boiling water
- 14 ounce. can evaporated lowfat milk (well chilled)
- 4 ounce. soft cream cheese
- 4 ounce. cut marshmallows (reserve 6 for decoration)
- 4 ounce. strawberries
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water and leave till cool but not set.
- Whisk lowfat milk and cheese till thick, then whisk in Jello.
- Mix in marshmallows and strawberries.
- Refrigeratetill set and decorate with marshmallows.
