Instead of frying fish

  1. Cut fish into serving size pieces.
  2. Place milk in shallow bowl.
  3. Combine potato chips, parmesan and thyme into a bowl.
  4. Dip fish in milk, then coat with potato chip mix.
  5. Sprinkle a greased pan with bread crumbs.
  6. Place fish over crumbs and drizzle with butter.
  7. Bake at 500 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork.
