Skillet Apple and Stuffing Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops and onion; cook 4 minutes on each side or until chops are cooked through, stirring onions occasionally.
  3. Remove chops and onions from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add apples and water to drippings in skillet.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in stuffing mix; top with chops and onions.
  7. Cover.
  8. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
