Curry Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pkg. green peas
- 1 (7 ounce.) box cooked rice
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans shrimp
- Mix first 8 ingredients.
- Chill, then mix peas, rice and shrimp.
- Chill 6-8 hrs.
- Garnish with toasted almonds if you like.
