Shiokara Fermented Squid Ochazuke

  1. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of hot rice, then top with the squid shio kara.
  2. Pour the bonito kombu dashi on top of the shio kara.
  3. You can also use dashi stock.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and shredded nori and enjoy.
  5. For homemade squid shio kara, try.
