Shiokara Fermented Squid Ochazuke
- 1 rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
- 20 grams Squid shio kara
- 80 ml Bonito flakes & kombu based dashi stock
- 1 dash Green onions or scallions
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of hot rice, then top with the squid shio kara.
- Pour the bonito kombu dashi on top of the shio kara.
- You can also use dashi stock.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and shredded nori and enjoy.
