Curried Vegetarian Samosas

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. mix eggs with sauce, spices and vegetables.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a little oil over Medium heat.
  4. once cooked, spoon a bit into each sheet of phyllo.
  5. Wrap up.
  6. Bake in oven from 15-20 min until golden and crispy.
  7. sprinkle with brown sugar.
