Hot three bean and tomato salad
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup broad bean, frozen or fresh
- 1 (300 g) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add all beans, tomatoes and mustard.
- Toss for 2-3 minutes until tender, hot and well combined.
- Serve immediately.
