  2. PUT ALL SAUCE INGREDIENT IN PAN BRING IT TO A BOIL THEN ADD GARNISH SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTE THEN OFF HEAT
  3. POUR SAUCE INGREDIENT OVER COOKED FISH AND FRUITS GARNISH AND SERVE HOT.
