Fish In Garlic Chili Plum Sauce
- 1/2 medium SNAPER FISH or any fish
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp plum sauce
- 3 tsp kalamansi or lime juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp chop garlic
- 1 small small red cili
- 1 orange
- 1 cup dice pineapple
- 1 cup cherry tomato
- STEAME THE FISH FOR ABOUT 8 to 10 MINUTE OR LONGER DEPENDING ON THE THICKNESS OF THE FISH
- PUT ALL SAUCE INGREDIENT IN PAN BRING IT TO A BOIL THEN ADD GARNISH SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTE THEN OFF HEAT
- POUR SAUCE INGREDIENT OVER COOKED FISH AND FRUITS GARNISH AND SERVE HOT.
