Pork Tsukune Patties with Tofu

  1. Boil the tofu in a saucepan for 2~3 minutes and drain in a colander.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients together.
  3. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. When the tofu cools down, add to the bowl and mash it as you mix.
  5. Make round patties with Step 2.
  6. Cook both sides in a frying pan with a small amount of oil.
  7. Set patties aside on a plate and remove excess oil with a paper towel.
  8. Now add the mixed sauce in the frying pan and bring it to boil.
  9. Then back the patties in the sauce.
  10. Simmer until the sauce is thickened
