Refreshing Chicken Tenders with Grated Daikon Radish Sauce
- 2 Chicken tenders steamed in sake
- 200 grams Daikon radish
- 2 Green shiso leaf
- 1 dash Green onions or scallions
- 1 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Ponzu
