Applesauce Coffee Cake Supreme
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) cake mix (2 layer layer, yellow)
- 4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 4 ounces butterscotch pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed, for Topping)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for Topping)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped, for Topping)
- Combine cake mix, pudding mixes, eggs, water and applesauce in large bowl and beat until smooth.
- Place brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans in small bowl and mix well.
- Spread 1/2 the cake mixture in a greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 the brown sugar mixture over batter.
- Repeat the layers.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 and bake for another 30-40 minutes longer.
