Veal Cutlets Parmesan

  1. Dip cutlets in beaten eggs combined with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip in mixture of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in butter until brown, about 8 minutes.
  4. Place cutlets in baking dish.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over them and add slices of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in 350 degree (175 C.) oven 10 to 15 minutes.
