Homemade Healthy Salsa
- 5 each roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 each jalapenos, seeded, membranes removed and diced
- In a large mixing bowl combine all above ingredients.
- I tend to like a little extra garlic and lime juice in mine.
