Mini Muffin Pizzas

• 4 whole wheat English muffins, split
• 12-23 cup pizza sauce
• 34-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 10 olives, sliced

1. Place English muffin halves on baking sheet and spread with pizza sauce.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and top with olives (adjust topping amounts as desired).
3. Bake pizzas at 400 degrees until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
