Home made applesauce

  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot.
  2. Water should be an inch or 2 thick.
  3. On med heat bring to a boil.
  4. Turn to low and simmer 20 to 30 min mash with potato masher, fork, or whisk.
  5. Depending on how chunky you like it.
  6. Fill the jars, let cool, and pop in the fridge or freezer.
  7. ENJOY!
  8. :) remember to remove cinnamon stick and zest.
