Asian Peanut Beef & Noodles for Two

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt and adding snap peas and pepper strips to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; stir-fry 3 min.
  4. or until meat is barely pink in center.
  5. Add peanut butter and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 min.
  6. or until sauce thickens.
  7. Drain spaghetti and vegetables.
  8. Add to skillet; toss with meat mixture.
  9. Stir in onions; sprinkle with nuts.
