Maki Sushi & Californian Maki
- 5 Nori's leaves
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cup japanese/sticky rice
- 1 carott
- 2 fresh salmon filet
- 1 1/4 cucumber
- 1 dash graines de sesame noir
- 1 avocado
- 1 dash philadephia cheese
- 1 wazabi
- 1 bunch baby ginger
- 1 soy sauce
- rince the rice and cook it as required in the rice cooker
- wash and cut the vegs and the slmon in long finger
- roll each sushi with the topping you like and put in the fridge for 30 minute.
- then cut them into little rolls and servethem with the ginger, soy sauce and wazabi
