Hamburger Mustards on English Muffins

• 12 lb ground sirloin or 12 lb hamburger
• 3 tablespoons mustard
• 4 English muffins, halved
• butter
• salt and pepper

1. Mix hamburger and mustard together in a bowl.
2. Toast the English Muffins.
3. Spread the hamburger mixture over the tops of the muffins.
4. Place the muffins on a cookie sheet and broil until hamburger is well-done.
5. Butter, salt and pepper each muffin.
