Guacamole with Tomatoes, Cilantro and Jalapenos

  1. Coarsely mash avocados in large bowl.
  2. Mix in onion, tomatoes, cilantro and canned chilies.
  3. Mix in jalapeno s to taste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  6. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead.
  7. Place plastic wrap directly onto surface of guacamole.
  8. Refrigerate.)
