~Cowboy Tater Salad~

  1. wash chop and boil potatoes till tender, you can leave the skin on if you choose to.Boil your eggs on high heat till done.
  2. now mix your mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper & 1 tbspn of mesquite seasoning, mustard powder & sugar to a bowl, you can adjust seasoning add more if needed.
  3. Refrigerate while your potatoes and eggs are cooking
  4. once your potates are done rinse in cold & drain water set in bowl, peel eggs, chop & add to bowl, drain & add olives whole, & diced onion
  5. Chop celery,onions, & pickles add to potatoes & eggs.
  6. Top with your dressing & incorporate well sprinkle with last of your mesquite chill in fridge atleast 1hour
  7. Enjoy!
