Shiso Leaves and Sesame Seeds Pasta (Genovese Style)
- 200 grams Pasta
- 20 leaves Shiso leaves
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (ground)
- 1/4 teaspon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Make the sauce.
- Add the shiso leaves, sesame seeds, salt, garlic, and olive oil into a food processor, and blend well.
- Add salt into boiling water, and cook the pasta following the package instructions.
- Mix the sauce and pasta in a bowl, and you're done Garnish with chopped tomatoes on top.
- It will add a nice colour to the dish.
