Strawberry Trifles

  1. Place apple juice, vanilla and half the strawberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Place biscuits in a bowl.
  4. Working quickly, pour strawberry mixture over biscuits and stir until just coated.
  5. Spoon 2 heaped tablespoons biscuit mixture into base of four 1-cup capacity dishes.
  6. Top each with 1 tablespoon custard.
  7. Arrange 3 to 4 strawberry slices over custard.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Serve.
