Chocolate Mint Jelly Roll Recipe

• 1 c. cake flour or possibly 3/4 c. all purpose flour
• 1/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 1/3 c. water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Whipped to soft peaks.
