Easy Southwest Tostadas

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook ground turkey in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Add 1 cup salsa, salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Place tostada shells onto large ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  7. Bake 1-2 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.
  8. Place baked shells onto large serving plate.
  9. Top each with 1/2 cup turkey mixture.
  10. Evenly divide avocado, lettuce and sour cream among tostadas.
  11. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
  12. Serve with remaining salsa.
