Daniel Burnam Cocktail

• 2 ounces tequila (recommend Milagro Reposado)
• 1 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce fresh watermelon puree
• 18 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
• ice

1. Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and watermelon puree in a glass.
2. Muddle with a couple leaves of fresh cilantro then shake with ice.
3. Rim a glass with cilantro mixed with salt and pour in the cocktail.
4. Garnish with a skewer of a lime slice and a watermelon ball.
