Spicy Sour Cream Dressing

• 12 ounces sour cream
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3 drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 teaspoon black pepper

1. Mix all together, drizzle over salad.
