Tuna Steaks with Brown Rice & Corn Pilaf

  1. Sprinkle tuna evenly with chili powder.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add tuna; cook 2 min.
  4. on each side.
  5. Stir in salsa.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  7. Simmer 5 to 6 min.
  8. or until tuna flakes easily with fork.
  9. Meanwhile, bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
  10. Stir in rice, corn and cilantro; cover.
  11. Cook 5 min.
  12. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  13. Serve tuna over the rice mixture; top evenly with the sauce.
