Glazed Chicken Recipe

• 1 chicken, cut up (skin remove is optional)
• 1 c. Heinz 57 sauce
• 1/2 c. honey
• 2 tbsp. mustard
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp. Spice Island Old Hickory salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr

1. Place chicken on cookie sheet.
2. Salt and pepper it.
3. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
4. Turn over and bake additional 15 min.
5. Mix ingredients for glaze.
6. Generously apply to both sides of chicken.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
8. Apply more glaze to taste.
9. Continue baking till done and glaze again before serving.
