Cheesy Italian Hot Dog

  1. Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Place coals to 1 side in charcoal grill.
  3. Combine giardiniera and Italian dressing in small bowl.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Open buns; place cut-sides down onto grill.
  6. Grill 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
  7. Turn buns over; immediately add 2 slices cheese to each bun.
  8. Place opposite heat on grill; keep warm.
  9. Place hot dogs onto grill.
  10. Grill, turning occasionally, 5-9 minutes or until heated through.
  11. Place grilled hot dogs into buns; top each with 1/4 cup giardiniera mixture.
  12. Serve immediately.
