Christmas Pecans

• 5 tablespoons sugar, divided
• 14 cup butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
• 2 cups pecan halves

1. Stir together 4 T sugar, melted butter, pumpkin pie spice, and orange rind.
2. Add pecan halves; toss to coat.
3. Place on a lightly greased aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle with 1 T sugar.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring once.
