Blueberry Ginger Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Stir together the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix egg, buttermilk, oil, and molasses together well.
  4. Add in this mix to dry ingredients.
  5. Stir till just moistened.
  6. Gently mix in blueberries.
  7. Fill greased or possibly paper-lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 20 min or possibly till done.
  9. Makes 18 muffins.
