Beer Stew

  1. Mix salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Add stew meat.
  3. Saute stew meat in a little canola oil in large soup pot.
  4. Add beer and canned soup.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add veggies and remaining ingredients.
  7. Cook until meat is tender and veggies are done, approximately 2-3 hours.
