Beer Stew
- 1 to 1-1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 can beer (any kind)
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 4 carrots, quartered
- 4 stalks celery, quartered
- 3 onions, quartered
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Flour, to desired thickness
- Mix salt, pepper and flour.
- Add stew meat.
- Saute stew meat in a little canola oil in large soup pot.
- Add beer and canned soup.
- Stir.
- Add veggies and remaining ingredients.
- Cook until meat is tender and veggies are done, approximately 2-3 hours.
