White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Crust: Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cake: Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Blend in white chocolate; mix well.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
