Caramel Banana Cream

  1. Mash the bananas well with the back of a fork.
  2. Use sweet, soft and fully ripened bananas with lots of black spots.
  3. Put the butter and sugar in a pan and melt over medium heat.
  4. Stir the bottom occasionally to avoid scorching.
  5. About 3 minutes later.
  6. It changes to brown caramel colour.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Add the mashed bananas and mix quickly.
  9. Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes while stirring.
  10. Add condensed milk and rum (if you like), and bring to a boil.
  11. Turn off the heat immediately once it comes to a boil.
  12. Don't overcook after adding the condensed milk.
