Whipped Cream

• 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar

1. Scrape the vanilla seeds into the cream in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the sugar and whip until soft peaks form.
