Chicken 'N Rice
- 2 lbs chicken
- 3 12 quarts water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 onions, chpped
- 1 12 sticks celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 12 cup rice (uncooked)
- Boil chicken in water until tender.
- Remove chicken, cool and remove meat with bone.
- Return to broth.
- Boil then turn to low, add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 45 minutes.
