Green Peppers And Chinese Mushrooms Recipe
- 8 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water for 30 min, remove stems, and cut them into quarters
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 lg. green peppers, diced
- 4 tbsp. vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp. low salt soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- Freshly grnd pepper
- Stir fry mushrooms, garlic, and green peppers with stock in non-stick frying pan for 3 min.
- Mix soy sauce and corn flour.
- Add in to frying pan and simmer for 2 min.
- Season with pepper.
- Serve warm.
