Picnic Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) Elbow Macaroni
- 1 (12 ounce.) can luncheon meat, cubed
- 1 c. sweet pickles, minced & liquid removed
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 pimentos, minced or possibly 1 jar
- 2 tbsp. sweet pickle liquid
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, minced
- Cook macaroni, drain, cold.
- Combine macaroni and other ingredients.
- Toss lightly and chill.
