Breakfast Bars
- 12 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup honey or 12 cup Karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup oats
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 14 cup powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or raisens or chocolate chips)
- Preheat oven to 350F Combine mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- In another bowl combine remaining ingreds.
- Add to banana mixture.
- Add berries, raisen or choc.
- chips.
- Use large scoop and drop about 3 inches apart.
- Flatten just a bit.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes.
